Registration Fees
- €50 for participants from Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), according to OECD classification.
- €100 for participants from all other countries.
- AMSE member institutions receive a 10% discount on the regular registration fee.
- Conference moderators and reviewers are granted a registration fee waiver in recognition of their contribution to the conference.
Registration Process
Participants register through the official conference registration form available on this website. Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The conferences fees have been kept deliberately low. Consequently, the conference does not operate an individual cancellation and refund policy.
However, if the conference itself, for whatever reason, must be cancelled, participants who have paid a conference fee are entitled a full refund.

Call for Abstracts
Before submitting, please note the following guidelines:
→ All presentations will be delivered via Zoom; presenters should ensure they are familiar with the platform.
→ Each presentation should be 10 minutes in length.
→ Presentations must be submitted in advance as a narrated PowerPoint file.
→ Each presentation will be followed by a 10-minute small-group breakout discussion ( 4-5 participants), guided by
trigger questions or statements provided by the presenter.
→ The session will conclude with a 10-minute plenary Q&A with the presenter.
→ Submission Deadline: July 20 at 23:30 CET.
Call for moderators
Moderators will be asked
→ before the conference: to attend instructional meeting in September; be involved in abstract selection in July/August; review narrated presentations in own batch
→ At the conference: in a period or 3 full hours to admit registered attendees, to introduce presenters, to start recorded presentations, to manage break-out groups, to lead the discussion. You should be familiar with handling Zoom.
Note that only a limited number of moderators will be needed.

Conference Description
The 24-hour World Summit on Competency-Based Education in the Health Professionsis an international online conference dedicated to Competency Based Education in the Health Professions. The conference includes keynote presentations, peer reviewed oral presentations, moderated discussions, and access to recorded educational content.
Delivery of Services
Upon successful registration, participants will receive access instructions by email before the conference. Attendance will take place through online conferencing platforms provided by the organizers. Recorded presentations will be made available to registered participants after the event.
Terms and Conditions
By registering for the conference, participants agree to comply with conference rules, codes of conduct, and applicable intellectual property regulations. The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or technical arrangements when necessary.
