Registration Fees

€ 50.- for LMIC attendees (OECD def.); € 100.- for attendees of all other countries. Registrants from AMSE member schools receive 10% discount of full conference fee). Conference fee is waived for moderators.

Call for Abstracts

Before submitting, please note the following guidelines:

→ All presentations will be delivered via Zoom; presenters should ensure they are familiar with the platform.

→ Each presentation should be 10 minutes in length.

→ Presentations must be submitted in advance as a narrated PowerPoint file.

→ Each presentation will be followed by a 10-minute small-group breakout discussion ( 4-5 participants), guided by
trigger questions or statements provided by the presenter.

→ The session will conclude with a 10-minute plenary Q&A with the presenter.

→ Submission Deadline: July 20 at 23:30 CET.

Call for moderators

Moderators will be asked

→ before the conference: to attend instructional meeting in September; be involved in abstract selection in July/August; review narrated presentations in own batch

→ At the conference: in a period or 3 full hours to admit registered attendees, to introduce presenters, to start recorded presentations, to manage break-out groups, to lead the discussion. You should be familiar with handling Zoom.

Note that only a limited number of moderators will be needed.
