AMSE at the World Health Summit Regional Meeting, Kish Island / Iran

AMSE President Peter Dieter was invited to give a presentation at the World Health Summit Regional Meeting on Kish Island / Iran. He could get contact to many participants and introduced AMSE and its quality assurance programme duringe a symposium “Medical Education”.

The meeting focussed on the following topics: Health in Uncertain Situations, Global Health in a Transitional World, Sustainable Health Development, NCD and Mental Health, Planetary Health and Medical Education. In 30 workshops and 4 plenaries these topics were presented and discussed. The meeting brought together leading researchers, physicians, government officials and representatives from industry, non-governmental organisations and healthcare systems worldwide.
